Out of Context - October 29, 2024

  • Look poor to be successful? No problem.  Who knew I was already on my way to success!

  • Every election: This is the best we got?

  • Wow!  These wolves not even pretending to be sheep anymore.

  • Not sure why we're taking advice from a "guru" whose background indicates they're in a hostage situation.

  • YouTube should really have a mood filter.  How are you feeling today?  Can you handle bad news today?  Do you need sappy videos for a while?  Have you reached your limit of being exposed to stupidity today? Don't worry girl. I got you. If they already have this feature, please let me know.

  • What's more annoying?  Ads or the popup blocker ads?

  • Just hit mute and head to the comments.

  • If you don't celebrate Halloween because it's pagan, shouldn't you also not celebrate Christmas and Easter?

  • Starting to think the algorithm is showing me things out of spite.

  • Pretty sure I didn't learn my own generation's slang.  Doubtful that I will be learning another generation's.

Out of Context - October 18, 2024

A place for complaints, observations, and other things I don't currently know what to do with.  We'll politely refer to it as brainstorming.

  • If you're video is five minutes long, I don't need a preview at the beginning of it only for it to be repeated in said video.

  • That dude looks like Gowron. And not in a good way.

  • Why do YouTubers say, "I'll see you ..."?  How exactly?  Do they have some kind of magical power that nobody else does?  What is the deal? I'm probably being too literal with this.

  • "It's squirrel awareness month."  Ugh.  Seriously?  You've been abusing this word for a while and now you're involving my beloved squirrels?  No thank you.  And why for the love of sanity do they need a month.  This society is completely ridiculous.

  • I don't think I'm epileptic, but I swear the sound of that man's voice is giving me a brain disorder.

  • Some people are like onions.  The more layers you peel back the more you cry.  (I don't know if all onions or all layers of an onion make you cry, but hopefully you get the gist.)

  • Not me wondering how much Kittl's advertising budget is.

  • And then you see the evil of the world and know that God was always right and never wrong.

  • Is this how it was at the tower of Babel?  'Cause I don't know what these people are talking about.

  • Silently praying a crime?  How in the world do you know that someone is praying if they're doing it in silence?  Seems more like a crime for looking like you're praying.  Or someone thinking that you are praying.
